🗺️Explore and get lost in this multi-world festival. Float amongst jelly fish, dance in the jungle, and relax in the deep, dark caves - the best way to celebrate the year surrounded by friends! See the attached map to discover your journey! 🗺️
Dress fancy and funky in your finest in ball attire - there will be many photo opportunities!
🎟️Tickets are £45 and includes entry, food and a welcome drink. Tickets go on sale on the Royal Welsh SU Website. 🎟️

The Event:
WHEN DO I NEED TO ARRIVE?
Doors open at 7pm. Last entry and food stops serving at 9:45pm. Event closes at 2am.
WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
The dress code is ‘formal dress’. We would love to see fancy and funky ball attire so suits and dresses. However more importantly, we want everyone to feel comfortable. So wear what makes you feel good!
WHO CAN COME?
The ball is open to all current Royal Welsh Students – Undergraduate and Postgraduate - so continuing and graduating students are welcome to attend. Guests are also welcome, as long as they are accompanied by a Royal Welsh student, and have their own ticket.

DO I NEED A TICKET?
Yes, tickets are essential. The ball has a strict capacity for the number of people it can host safely and we can’t break this limit.
WHAT DOES THE TICKET INCLUDE?
A ticket to Summer Ball includes entry for one person, a welcome drink on entry and dinner for one person. Please note food will stop serving at 9:45pm so please claim your dinner by then.
We have thought about different dietary requirements to suit all but if you are worried about this then please get in touch with Nat at natalie.roe@rwcmd.ac.uk
CAN I GIVE MY TICKET TO SOMEONE ELSE?
No, you can’t transfer your ticket to someone else. If you don’t want it, you’ll need to contact Natalie at natalie.roe@rwcmd.ac.uk
